The Job
The Associate Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the technical aspects of marketing, supporting the sales team, managing communications, and coordinating events. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute strategies that build brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support our growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, providing key learnings and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the integration of CRM systems with marketing platforms to ensure data accuracy and seamless lead management.
Sales Enablement
- Develop marketing collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, and case studies, to support the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals and provide actionable insights.
Communication
- Produce high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media posts, to attract and engage our target audience.
- Maintain and regularly update content on the partner marketing portal to ensure it remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with partner onboarding and growth initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-ups to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Marketing agency experience.
- Experience with event planning and management.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools for content creation.
- Experience with prompt engineering and leveraging AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, including multimedia assets such as explainer videos and product demos.
