The Job

INKY is looking for a talented and high-energy Sales Development Representative that can hit the ground running in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for prospecting new sales opportunities with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), as well as Direct Commercial & Mid-Market prospects. 

Role Objectives

  • Conduct cold outbound calls/emails and qualify inbound sales leads to prospective INKY partners and to identify their requirements for the sales team.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and work directly with an Account Executive and Sales Engineer to schedule demos and discovery calls. 
  • Ensure the timely processing of leads and support sales campaigns.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of campaigns to the sales team.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, marketing events and more.

Job Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of Inside Sales experience, preferably with MSPs.
  • A high level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email and video.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and SaaS solutions.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • The ability to accommodate various domestic time zones is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and lead generation platforms are a plus.
